mmmmmm, such a lovely lens.
Some of my friends decided to be really awesome, so they all chipped in to buy me a sweet new lens for Christmas. I have been saving to get this lens for a while now, and Paul Rohde had the idea to get it for me, with the help of some of my friends (Peter Boysen, Andy Hamilton, Amy Kopitzke, Alyson Norgaard, Dan Elo, Dave Priebe, Priscilla Priebe, Ingrid Ogren, and Chad Wardwell).
So I am a bit excited. Here are some pictures with the new lens. Thanks guys!
The Promises on Boxes…

Anyway, Christmas was chill. Just my family sitting around at home eating and playing games and such. Wasn’t the most exciting thing ever, but it was’t bad. So no complaints here.
That being said… there wasn’t a whole lot of photographic awesomeness. So here’s what I have from Christmas.
Here are a few others from the last couple of days.
I will be traveling with my family to Buhl, MN for New Years, so I should have some pictures from that. Also, I’m sure I’ll have occasion to post sometime this week. Until then, Merry Christmas.
